Blue Cheese Burgers

Yield: 4 patties
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup (about 2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 crusty rolls
- lettuce, tomato, red onion for burger dressing
Mix first 8 ingredients until well combined; form 4 patties. Brown on each side, then grill until fully cooked.
Serve on crusty rolls dressed with lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayonnaise.
