Devilled Pork Chops

Devilled Pork Chops
Serves 4

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup and 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 325F

Brown chops on both sides in olive oil or butter; place in baking dish.

Combine chili sauce, 1 cup of water, lemon juice and onion. In a separate bowl mix salt, pepper, paprika, dry mustard and flour with 2 tbsp of water and Worcestershire sauce then stir into chili sauce mixture. Pour over chops and bake until the chops are fully cooked and tender – about 1 hour.
