Cheddar & Chive Bread
From Rachael Ray, 30 Minute Meals
Serves 4 to 6
- 1 loaf baguette or French bread, split lengthwise then cut in half
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 10 blades fresh chives, chopped (green onion works too)
Preheat oven to 350F
Cover bread with cheese and chives. Place in oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned (check frequently). Remove from oven and cut into 2-inch slices.
