Whole Wheat No-Yeast Dinner Buns

Yield: 6 buns
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream or plain yogurt
Add in some grated cheese for cheese buns
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the milk, mayonnaise and sour cream/yogurt to the bowl. Stir until soft dough forms. Use a spoon to drop into 5 or 6 mounds onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly golden.
