- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/3 of a lemon or lime
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped (seeds removed)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Peel and core avocado; mash inside flesh in a small bowl. Squeeze juice of lemon or lime and stir into avocado. Add red onion, garlic, tomatoes and salt & pepper. Stir together, then serve with tortilla chips.
